Recht der juristischen Berufe
Die gewählte Schiedsperson darf ihr Amt erst antreten, wenn sie durch die Direktorin oder den Direktor oder die Präsidentin oder den Präsidenten des Amtsgerichts (Leitung des Amtsgerichts) bestätigt worden ist, in dessen Bezirk sie ihren Wohnsitz hat.
