Schiedsamtsgesetz NRW
(1) Das Schlichtungsverfahren nach diesem Gesetz führt das Schiedsamt durch. Seine Aufgaben werden von Schiedspersonen wahrgenommen.
(2) Schiedsamtsbezirk ist die Gemeinde. Das Gemeindegebiet kann in mehrere Schiedsamtsbezirke geteilt werden. Für jeden Schiedsamtsbezirk ist eine Schiedsperson zu bestellen.
