SCC Procedures for UNCITRAL Appointments (2023)
For the purpose of Article 11 of the Rules, each person appointed as arbitrator by the SCC shall submit to the SCC a signed statement of impartiality and independence in the form prescribed by the SCC.
The SCC shall send a copy of the statement to the parties and other arbitrators.
