SCC Express Rules (2023)
Adopted by the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce and in force as of 1 January 2023.
Under any agreement referring to the Rules for Express Dispute Assessment of the SCC Arbitration Institute or the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce the parties shall be deemed to have agreed that the following rules, or such amended rules, in force on the date of the request for the appointment of a Neutral to conduct an Express Dispute Assessment, shall be applied unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
