Liegen die Abwicklungsvoraussetzungen vor, kann die Abwicklungsbehörde die Abwicklungsanordnung durch Allgemeinverfügung treffen. § 10 Absatz 1, die §§ 11, 77 Absatz 9, § 137 Absatz 1 Satz 2, Absatz 2 und 3 sowie die §§ 139 bis 143, 145, 148, 151, 152 finden entsprechende Anwendung.
