(1) Die Übertragung wird mit der Bekanntgabe der Abwicklungsanordnung nach § 137 wirksam.
(2) Mit Wirksamwerden der Übertragung gehen die von der Abwicklungsanordnung erfassten Übertragungsgegenstände auf den übernehmenden Rechtsträger über.
