Liegen die Abwicklungsvoraussetzungen gemäß § 62 oder § 64 vor, können das Instrument der Unternehmensveräußerung, das Instrument der Übertragung auf ein Brückeninstitut und das Instrument der Übertragung auf eine Vermögensverwaltungsgesellschaft auch mehr als einmal ausgeübt werden.
