Personenstandsverordnung
(1) Fehlen Angaben oder Nachweise für die Beurkundung eines Personenstandsfalls, kann das Standesamt die Beurkundung zurückstellen. Die Beurkundung des Personenstandsfalls ist in diesem Fall in angemessener Frist nachzuholen.
(2) Dem Anzeigenden ist auf Antrag eine Bescheinigung darüber auszustellen, dass der Personenstandsfall angezeigt wurde, aber noch nicht beurkundet werden konnte.
