Ein Heiratseintrag wird vom 1. Januar 2009 an nur dann fortgeführt, wenn kein als Heiratseintrag fortzuführendes Familienbuch angelegt worden ist oder der Verbleib des Familienbuchs nicht festgestellt werden kann.
