Personenstandsverordnung
In ein internationales Stammbuch der Familie, das in einem Vertragsstaat des Übereinkommens vom 12. September 1974 zur Schaffung eines internationalen Stammbuchs der Familie ausgestellt worden ist, können Angaben eingetragen werden über die Geburt gemeinsamer Kinder der Ehegatten sowie über den Tod der Ehegatten und ihrer Kinder.
