Personenstandsverordnung
Für die Umwandlung einer Lebenspartnerschaft in eine Ehe gelten die §§ 28 und 29 entsprechend. Die Niederschrift über die Umwandlung einer Lebenspartnerschaft in eine Ehe ist mit einem Formular nach dem Muster der Anlage 10 zu fertigen; das Formular ist dem Beurkundungssachverhalt anzupassen und kann programmgerecht eingerichtet werden, soweit dies im Einzelfall notwendig ist.
