Die Sammelakten (§ 6 des Gesetzes) können auch elektronisch geführt oder auf Mikrofilm oder einem anderen vergleichbar sicheren Medium gespeichert werden; in diesem Fall gilt § 13 entsprechend. Bei Übertragung in ein elektronisches Dokument genügt ein Vermerk, der angibt, wann und durch wen die Übertragung vorgenommen worden ist.
