Preisklauselgesetz
Zulässig sind Preisklauseln in Erbbaurechtsbestellungsverträgen und Erbbauzinsreallasten mit einer Laufzeit von mindestens 30 Jahren. § 9a der Verordnung über das Erbbaurecht, § 46 des Sachenrechtsbereinigungsgesetzes und § 4 des Erholungsnutzungsrechtsgesetzes bleiben unberührt.
