Postgesetz
Die Bundesnetzagentur nimmt die ihr nach diesem Gesetz zugewiesenen Aufgaben und Befugnisse wahr. Sie nimmt darüber hinaus die Aufgaben und Befugnisse als nationale Regulierungsbehörde nach der Verordnung (EU) 2018/644 des Europäischen Parlaments und des Rates vom 18. April 2018 über grenzüberschreitende Paketzustelldienste (ABl. L 112 vom 2.5.2018, S. 19) wahr.
