Postgesetz
Ist eine Verpflichtung zur Erbringung einer Universaldienstleistung nach § 26 Absatz 2 oder 3, nach § 27 Absatz 4 oder eine erfolgreiche Ausschreibung nach § 27 Absatz 2 erfolgt, haben die Anbieter nach § 29 Absatz 1 Satz 1 der Bundesnetzagentur ihre Jahresumsätze im Sinne des § 29 Absatz 1 Satz 3 für das letzte abgeschlossene Kalenderjahr auf Verlangen mitzuteilen. Unterbleibt die Mitteilung, so kann die Bundesnetzagentur den jeweiligen Umsatz schätzen.
