§ 28 Absatz 5 ist in Bezug auf die Angaben nach § 28 Absatz 1 Satz 1 Nummer 2, 3, 5, 6, 8 bis 10 und 12 in der ab dem 8. Juli 2022 geltenden Fassung erstmals auf das am 1. Juli 2023 beginnende Quartal anzuwenden.
