Patentverordnung
Für Patentanmeldungen, Erfinderbenennungen und Anträge auf Erteilung eines ergänzenden Schutzzertifikats, die vor Inkrafttreten von Änderungen dieser Verordnung eingereicht worden sind, sind die bisherigen Vorschriften in ihrer bis dahin geltenden Fassung anzuwenden.
