Patentverordnung
(1) Die Zusammenfassung nach § 36 des Patentgesetzes soll aus nicht mehr als 1.500 Zeichen bestehen.
(2) In der Zusammenfassung kann auch die chemische Formel angegeben werden, die die Erfindung am deutlichsten kennzeichnet.
(3) § 9 Abs. 8 ist sinngemäß anzuwenden.
