(1) Die Beschwerde hat aufschiebende Wirkung.
(2) Die Beschwerde hat jedoch keine aufschiebende Wirkung, wenn sie sich gegen einen Beschluß der Prüfungsstelle richtet, durch den eine Anordnung nach § 50 Abs. 1 erlassen worden ist.
