Patentanwaltsordnung
(1) Die Patentanwälte sind ehrenamtliche Richter. Sie haben in der Sitzung, zu der sie als Beisitzer herangezogen werden, die Stellung eines Berufsrichters.
(2) § 88 Abs. 1 Satz 3 und Abs. 2 gilt entsprechend.
