Preisangabenverordnung
Wer neben dem Gesamtpreis für eine Ware oder Leistung eine rückerstattbare Sicherheit fordert, insbesondere einen Pfandbetrag, hat deren Höhe neben dem Gesamtpreis anzugeben und nicht in diesen einzubeziehen. Der für die rückerstattbare Sicherheit zu entrichtende Betrag hat bei der Berechnung des Grundpreises unberücksichtigt zu bleiben.
