Ordnungswidrigkeitsrecht
§ 496 Absatz 1 und 2 sowie die §§ 497 und 498 Absatz 1 der Strafprozessordnung gelten entsprechend, wobei in § 496 Absatz 1 und § 498 Absatz 1 der Strafprozessordnung an die Stelle des jeweiligen Strafverfahrens das jeweilige Bußgeldverfahren tritt.
