Verordnung über die Führung notarieller Akten und Verzeichnisse
Die Löschung von Dokumenten, die in der elektronischen Urkundensammlung verwahrt werden, muss durch den Notar persönlich bestätigt werden. Dies gilt nicht für die Löschung von Dokumenten nach Ablauf der Aufbewahrungsfrist.
