Beamtinnen und Beamte haben Anspruch auf Elternzeit ohne Dienst- oder Anwärterbezüge entsprechend des § 15 Absatz 1 bis 3 sowie der §§ 16 und 28 Absatz 1 Satz 1 des Bundeselterngeld- und Elternzeitgesetzes.
