Wirtschaftsakteure können entsprechend Artikel 8 Absatz 2 der Verordnung (EU) 2019/1020 kostenlos Informationen über die Umsetzung und Durchführung der für ein Produkt geltenden Harmonisierungsvorschriften der Union verlangen. Für diese Zwecke ist Artikel 9 Absatz 1, 4 und 5 der Verordnung (EU) 2019/515 anzuwenden.
