MgFSG
Gesetz über die Mitbestimmung der Arbeitnehmer bei grenzüberschreitendem Formwechsel und grenzüberschreitender Spaltung
(1) Ordnungswidrig handelt, wer entgegen § 6 Absatz 2 oder § 8 Absatz 2 Satz 2 eine Information nicht, nicht richtig, nicht vollständig oder nicht rechtzeitig gibt.
(2) Die Ordnungswidrigkeit kann mit einer Geldbuße bis zu zwanzigtausend Euro geahndet werden.
