Bis zum 27. Mai 2026 legt die Kommission dem Europäischen Parlament und dem Rat einen Bericht über die Erfahrungen mit der Anwendung des Artikels 78 vor und schlägt erforderlichenfalls eine Überprüfung von Artikel 78 Absatz 14 und Artikel 123 Absatz 3 Buchstabe h vor.
