(1) Wenn der Anmelder angibt, dass die Marke als Klangmarke eingetragen werden soll, so ist der Anmeldung eine Darstellung auf einem Datenträger oder eine grafische Darstellung der Klangmarke beizufügen.
(2) Die grafische Darstellung hat in einer üblichen Notenschrift zu erfolgen.
(3) Für die Form der Darstellung gilt im Übrigen § 8 Absatz 2 bis 6 entsprechend.
