(1) Eine berufliche Entwicklung von Polizeivollzugsbeamtinnen und Polizeivollzugsbeamten, die in den Laufbahnabschnitt I eingestellt wurden und die II. Fachprüfung nicht abgelegt haben, aus demEndamtdes Laufbahnabschnitts I in ein Amt der Besoldungsgruppe A 9 des Laufbahnabschnitts II ist nach drei Jahren zulässig.
(2) Eine Beförderung ist bis zur Besoldungsgruppe A 11 möglich. Führungsfunktionen können nicht übernommen werden.
