Beamtenrecht
(1) Diese Verordnung gilt für die Polizeivollzugsbeamtinnen und Polizeivollzugsbeamten des Landes Nordrhein-Westfalen.
(2) Soweit im Folgenden nichts Abweichendes bestimmt ist, gilt die Laufbahnverordnung vom 21. Juni 2016 (GV. NRW. S. 461) in der jeweils geltenden Fassung auch für Polizeivollzugsbeamtinnen und Polizeivollzugsbeamte entsprechend.
