Eine Fraktion besteht aus mindestens fünf Mitgliedern, eine Gruppe aus mindestens zwei Mitgliedern der Landschaftsversammlung. § 56 Absatz 1, Absatz 2 Satz 2 zweiter Halbsatz und Absatz 3 bis 5 der Gemeindeordnung für das Land Nordrhein-Westfalen findet entsprechende Anwendung.
