LuftVO
Luftverkehrs-Ordnung
Wer infolge geistiger oder körperlicher Beeinträchtigungen in der Wahrnehmung der Aufgaben als Führer eines Luftfahrzeugs oder sonst als Mitglied der Besatzung eingeschränkt ist, darf kein Luftfahrzeug führen und nicht als anderes Besatzungsmitglied tätig sein. Das Verbot in Anhang SERA.2020 der Durchführungsverordnung (EU) Nr. 923/2012 bleibt hiervon unberührt.
