Luftverkehrs-Ordnung
Flüge im Such- und Rettungseinsatz oder zur Hilfeleistung bei einer Gefahr für Leib und Leben einer Person dürfen nach Artikel 4 Absatz 1 der Durchführungsverordnung (EU) Nr. 923/2012 von den Vorschriften des Anhangs SERA.5001 und SERA.5005 der Durchführungsverordnung (EU) Nr. 923/2012 abweichen.
