LuftVO
Luftverkehrs-Ordnung
(1) Flüge nach Sichtflugregeln bei Nacht sind nur unter den in Anhang SERA.5005 Buchstabe c der Durchführungsverordnung (EU) Nr. 923/2012 genannten Bedingungen zulässig.
(2) Bei Nacht sind Flüge nach Sichtflugregeln mit Luftsportgeräten verboten. Davon ausgenommen sind einsitzige Sprungfallschirme.
(3) Die Durchführung von Sonderflügen nach Sichtflugregeln innerhalb von Kontrollzonen bei Nacht ist zulässig.
