Luftverkehrsgesetz
Das Bundesministerium für Verkehr wird ermächtigt, durch Rechtsverordnung ohne Zustimmung des Bundesrates natürliche oder juristische Personen des privaten Rechts mit der Wahrnehmung der Flughafenkoordinierung nach Maßgabe des Rechts der Europäischen Union zu beauftragen (Flughafenkoordinator).
