Luftverkehrsgesetz
Luftfahrtunternehmen, die ihren Hauptsitz nicht im Geltungsbereich des Luftverkehrsrechts der Europäischen Union haben, bedürfen einer Betriebsgenehmigung zur Durchführung von Fluglinienverkehr von und nach der Bundesrepublik Deutschland. § 2 Abs. 9 und § 21 Abs. 1 Satz 2 bis 4 und Abs. 2 und 3 finden entsprechende Anwendung.
