Für Flugplätze im Anwendungsbereich von Artikel 4 Absatz 3a der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 216/2008 entscheidet die zuständige Luftfahrtbehörde auf Antrag über die Erteilung eines Zeugnisses gemäß Artikel 8a der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 216/2008 und über die Freistellung des Flugplatzes nach Artikel 4 Absatz 3b. Die §§ 6 bis 10 bleiben unberührt.
