Ein Verzicht auf die Entschädigung nach § 5 sowie auf die Aufwandsentschädigung nach § 6 ist unzulässig. Die Ansprüche aus § 6 sind nicht übertragbar. Der Anspruch auf Entschädigung nach § 5 ist nur bis zur Hälfte übertragbar.
