Polizei- & Ordnungsrecht
Durch dieses Gesetz oder aufgrund dieses Gesetzes können eingeschränkt werden
1. das Grundrecht der freien Berufsausübung (Artikel 12 Abs. 1 Satz 2 des Grundgesetzes),
2. das Grundrecht auf Unverletzlichkeit der Wohnung (Artikel 13 Abs. 1 des Grundgesetzes),
3. das Grundrecht auf Eigentum (Artikel 14 Abs. 1 Satz 1 des Grundgesetzes).
