Für Zahlungen oder Buchungen zuständige Stellen sind mindestens jährlich, für die Verwaltung von Vorräten zuständige Stellen mindestens alle zwei Jahre unvermutet zu prüfen. Das Finanzministerium kann Ausnahmen zulassen.
