Auf Sondervermögen des Landes sind die Teile I bis IV, VIII und IX dieses Gesetzes entsprechend anzuwenden, soweit nicht durch Gesetz oder auf Grund eines Gesetzes etwas anderes bestimmt ist. Der Landesrechnungshof prüft die Haushalts- und Wirtschaftsführung der Sondervermögen; Teil V dieses Gesetzes ist entsprechend anzuwenden.
