Beamtenrecht
(1) Disziplinarverfahren sind beschleunigt durchzuführen.
(2) Ermittlungen sind in der Regel von Beamtinnen und Beamten durchzuführen. Für die Durchführung von Ermittlungen sind sie im Hauptamt soweit zu entlasten, dass die Ermittlungen ohne Verzögerungen geführt werden können.
