Beamtenrecht
Für den Eintritt und die Versetzung in den Ruhestand gelten die Vorschriften der §§ 31 bis 40. Sind die Voraussetzungen des § 4 Absatz 1 des Landesbeamtenversorgungsgesetzes vom 14. Juni 2016 (GV. NRW. S. 310) in der jeweils geltenden Fassung nicht erfüllt, so endet das Beamtenverhältnis statt durch Eintritt oder Versetzung in den Ruhestand durch Entlassung (§ 28).
