Nach Ablauf von fünf Jahren seit Beginn des einstweiligen Ruhestands ist eine erneute Berufung in das Beamtenverhältnis nur mit Zustimmung der Beamtin oder des Beamten zulässig, wenn sie oder er das 55. Lebensjahr vollendet hat.
