Landesbeamtengesetz NRW
(1) Beschlüsse des Landespersonalausschusses, die allgemeine Bedeutung haben, sind bekanntzumachen. Das Nähere regelt die Geschäftsordnung.
(2) Soweit dem Landespersonalausschuss eine Entscheidungsbefugnis zusteht, binden seine Beschlüsse die beteiligten Verwaltungen.
