(1) Mit Freiheitsstrafe bis zu zwei Jahren oder mit Geldstrafe wird bestraft, wer entgegen § 14 Abs. 2 Satz 10 eine Angabe verwertet.
(2) Die Tat wird nur auf Antrag verfolgt.
