Finanzholding-Gesellschaften und gemischte Finanzholding-Gesellschaften mit Sitz im Inland, die über eine Zulassung nach § 2f Absatz 1 verfügen, sind Verpflichtete nach § 2 Absatz 1 Nummer 1 des Geldwäschegesetzes. Sie unterliegen insoweit auch der Aufsicht der Bundesanstalt nach § 50 Nummer 1 des Geldwäschegesetzes.
