Für Anlagen, deren Umrüstung ein Betreiber eines Übertragungsnetzes mit Regelzonenverantwortung vor dem 25. Februar 2025 nach § 26 Absatz 4 verlangt hat, sind § 12 Absatz 1 Satz 1 Nummer 8, § 14 Absatz 3 Satz 1 und § 26 Absatz 4 in der bis zum Ablauf des 24. Februar 2025 geltenden Fassung anzuwenden.
