Auf Grund des § 11 Abs. 4, § 12 Abs. 7 und § 14 Abs. 7 des Gesetzes über die Kontrolle von Kriegswaffen vom 20. April 1961 (Bundesgesetzbl. I S. 444) verordnet die Bundesregierung mit Zustimmung des Bundesrates:
