Kreisordnung NRW
(1) Der Landrat beruft den Kreisausschuß ein und setzt die Tagesordnung fest.
(2) Der Kreisausschuß ist beschlußfähig, wenn mehr als die Hälfte der Mitglieder anwesend ist.
(3) Im übrigen finden § 28 Abs. 1, Abs. 2 und 3, § 32 Abs. 1 Satz 3 und Abs. 2, § 34 Abs. 2, § 35, § 36, § 37 Abs. 1 und § 41 Abs. 3 Satz 4 bis 10 und Abs. 4 entsprechende Anwendung. Soweit der Kreisausschuß Aufgaben nach § 59 Abs. 1 wahrnimmt, tagt er in nichtöffentlicher Sitzung.
